Startup Arc presented at the Milan Motorcycle Show a unique vector motorcycle equipped with a fully electric motor.
The Arc team consists of leading professionals involved in the development of advanced solutions for the two-wheeler segment. It is noted that the startup will receive financial support from InMotion Ventures – an investment fund of Jaguar Land Rover.
"Arc Vector is the most advanced electric bike ever on the market. It is made using rare materials and the futuristic body combines an impeccable layout with a refined architecture"- said Jaguar Land Rover.
The bike is equipped with a power of 95 kW. The acceleration time from 0 to 100 km / h is about 2.7 seconds and the maximum speed reaches 240 km / h.
The battery package based on Samsung elements reportedly offers a range of up to 270 km in urban areas and up to 190 km when driving on high-speed roads.
An innovative Zenith helmet and Origin range have been specially developed for the motorcycle. The helmet is equipped with a projection screen and a rear view camera, while the suit gives feedback and, for example, warns the cyclist for vehicles in the "blind" zone.
"Our goal has always been to develop technologies that provide dynamism and security, and also enable us to receive incredible emotions from every journey. Vector is not just a bicycle, it is the world's first electric-powered café-racer with an innovative helmet with a projection screen and touch color – and it all works as a single digital cluster"- say the company Arc The price of the motorcycle will be about 120 thousand US dollars.
