Get started in Florida Senate and governor races, in echo of 2000 presidential election

According to Florida officials, the votes come from counties, which were due to the state of today, and show that the races are close enough to trigger a recount.

A recount of the machine and possibly a manual recount will be needed to learn the outcomes of the races between Sen. Bill Nelson (D) and Gov. Rick Scott (R), who wants to drop him off, and between former congressman Ron DeSantis (R) and Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D), who are fighting for the governor.
This is a development story. It will be updated.
