International Chocolate Day: how the celebrations and the best celebrations in the networks were born

Like every September 13th, Chocolate Day is celebrated worldwide today in commemoration of the birth of British writer Roald Dahl, author of the famous novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, published in 1964.

The date was established in France by the Academy of Chocolate and Confectionery in 1995. However, the International Organization of Cocoa Producers opted for 7 July, day in which they ensure that cocoa has arrived from America to Europe.

Also a September 13th was born Milton Snavely Hershey, founder of The Hershey chocolate company, the largest chocolate producer in the United States, which ended up further inclining the balance for the first option, although both celebrations are in place.
