It is no secret that the Kardashians give priority to the exercise. Kim works with the trainer Melissa Alcantara, who helps her to keep her in perfect shape. With their programs full, Alcantara said earlier Women's health that she and Kim wake up at dawn to adapt to her training, at 6 am (!!) to be precise.

For the little cardio that Kim does, he will walk on the treadmill for about 20 minutes, mixing it with 10 minutes of shots, which Kim apparently despises. "He hates sprints," Alcantara said. "But he still does them, no problem, he knows that the worst thing is the thing that works".
