The animator and director Harry Bardin was admitted to Vyborg, where he was at the Russian film festival Window to Europe. The artist did not feel well and turned to the doctors, reported the TASS.
The doctors examined the director and, for further consultation, suggested contacting the St. Petersburg regional hospital. The representatives of the organizing committee of the film festival told the "Moscow Komsomolets" that Bardin will soon return to the work of the jury of the animation film competition.
"The doctors conducted a survey and found no reason to worry," says the report. Previously, the media reported that doctors suspected the director of gastric bleeding. On Monday, he will have the gastroscopy, after which the diagnosis will be clarified.
Harry Bardin is the director of the cartoons "Flying Ship", "Freaks", "Gray Wolf and Little Red Riding Hood". It has four "Nika" awards and a gold palm branch of the Cannes Film Festival.
