What's on TV
CONAN 11 pm on TBS. The late-night host, Conan O & Brien, unveils his new look and his 30-minute format with Tom Hanks as a guest star. The renovation will give "Conan" a more casual touch: "Brien will wear less seeds and make the desk disappear, bringing the audience closer to action. "If I had not changed this, I can not say how old I could do it the same way every night," he said in a recent interview with the New York Times. Among the guest stars of the episodes this week: Bill Hader, Tig Notaro and the cast of "The Good Place".
CONNECTORS 8 in the evening on ABC. The first season of this third incarnation of "Roseanne", born from the thorny end of the revival that debuted last spring, ends with a memorable offer for Darlene (Sara Gilbert) and disturbing news for Becky (Lecy Goranson). In his review for The Times, James Poniewozik called the show "creepy, raw and casual," and said it looks more like the original "Roseanne" than the reboot.
KEY OF SIESTA 21:00 on MTV. As for the reality series on the islands, "Siesta Key" is certainly more than one "Love Island" by "Made in Staten Island". The second season opens with a wild birthday party, but surely the drama is behind the corner.
MANY LATI OF JANE 10 p.m. on A & E. Three years ago, Jane Hart, a 28-year-old mother, had been diagnosed as a dissociative disorder of identity. In this new series of six-part documentaries, Hart welcomes cameras in his home to show how his parents navigate while living with more than nine identities, or what she calls "parts", and to shed light on a condition widely stigmatized and misrepresented by Hollywood. "The goal is not to get rid of my parts," says Hart. "It's to help them work better together – for all of us."
