Using health data from nearly 46,000 participants, the researchers found various diets linked to weight loss, fat reduction and a high nutrient density.
All data indicated benefits in reducing symptoms of depression.
These results, however, did not show any drastic reductions when it came to reducing anxiety symptoms.
