Studies and scientific and medical research still link public health and sleep habits in terms of sleep time, duration of sleep and sleep time, and also linked between lack of sleep, sleep, sleep and multiple diseases, and this is a study that sleeps with only one night and diabetes.

Diabetes and his relationship to sleep one night:

The study, published in the American Journal of Physiology, reported that spending a sleepless night increases the risk of diabetes, especially insulin insensitivity or insulin resistance. When the insulin sensitivity of the body is weakened, the pancreas releases more of it, but the sugar stays high in the body.

The study called for a minimum of 6 hours of sleep every night to reduce the risk of diabetes.
