Bundesliga: Misidjan destroys the Bremen party

Otto Rehhagel's home game record equalized, but missed the first victory in front of his own audience: Despite clear dominance on the pitch Werder Bremen has to settle with coach Florian Kohfeldt against promoted 1. FC Nuremberg with a 1-1 (1-0). Virgil Misidjan (90. + 2) equalized in injury time for the Franks, but still waiting for the first win of the season. Maximilian Eggestein scored in the 26th minute with a spectacular goal for the Werder leadership in a game that was superior to the hosts over long stretches. The midfielder hit the right-hand corner of the penalty area, Nuremberg goalkeeper Fabian Bredlow had absolutely no chance.


    Thus Werder coach Kohfeldt survived at least his 14th home game without defeat and drew with the coach legend Rehhagel equal who had done this feat at the beginning of the 80s.
