The video, caught by motorcyclist Andy Daynes, shows that the silver Citroën make an amazing leap over the roundabout.
The van made a sharp turn to the right and seemed to overtake a vehicle before it climbed to the roundabout at full speed.
In the visual material, dated January 27, the vehicle beats on the edge of the roundabout and the van steers a few feet up into the air.
Mr Daynes, 35, from Hingham in Norwich drove behind the van and succeeded in capturing images of the accident of his helmet camera.
He said: "I was actually on my bike behind him, so I saw it all.
"I drew along with a number of other drivers to see if he was OK.
"He had to be cut out of the van – but he seemed to be okay, he was not badly hurt.
"It's a pretty bad roundabout, he simply did not see what would happen because he was going so fast.
"He was alone, he had a few cuts and bruises, but the ambulance came right away and brought him to the hospital."
The police were called to the incident, following reports of a vehicle crash at the roundabout on the A11.
Three people were injured and taken to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital.
Officers carry out investigations into the incident.
A spokesman for the Norfolk police said: "Three people were injured and taken to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital.
"There is an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident and the way of driving."
