A 23-year-old man from Lansing was shot in the underbelly and was transported to the hospital in a critical condition, said Captain Daryl Green of Lansing. The man was in the operation Saturday night.
The shooting was reported to the police just before 4:00 pm and it is unclear how many shots have been fired. The location of the shooting is in the LaRoy Froh public complex near Lansing's Risdale Park.
