A pizza shipping and delivery driver who was stopped by law enforcement in Norwich following he turned off lights experienced no licence or insurance coverage.

Officers from the Norfolk and Suffolk Roads Policing Team noticed the driver on Dereham Highway at about six.30pm on Sunday (February eleven).

The driver turned off his lights and turned into Canterbury Place but was followed by officers.

When stopped by officers the driver, who attempted to give fake information, was identified to have no licence or insurance policies.

He was documented for driving normally in accordance with a licence and for obtaining no insurance policy.

The automobile was seized.

Pursuing the end law enforcement tweeted: “You cannot pull the pepperoni above @NSRoadsPolicing eyes. This pizza supply driver stopped with no licence or insurance coverage! Tried out to lose police by turning lights off and providing bogus details soon after he went down lifeless finish. Dough! #79/923”.
