Teacher assaulted in Créteil: two students permanently excluded and charged

The disciplinary council was held Tuesday evening. After three hours of discussion, the decision was revealed. The 16-year-old, who had shown his teacher in the middle of a dummy weapon by asking him to judge him, was eventually exiled from his Edouard-Branly high school at Créteil in Val-de-Marne. Another teenager, who had filmed the aggression that was subsequently passed on to social networks, was also excluded.

They will have to explain themselves to the judge. The first teenager was charged with "aggravated violence". He must leave the Val-de-Marne department. The other boy and a third party who had re-broadcast the video were charged.

The rectorate indicates that an educational follow-up will take place so that the two young people are re-educated.
