Spanish chicken, chorizo and pepper tray baking

6 chicken thighs, bone and skin on it
3 boiling chorizo sausages, cut into threes
6 cloves of garlic, peel over
1 large red onion, peeled and cut into pieces
1 yellow pepper, pitted and cut into 3 cm slices
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
200g of cherry tomatoes on the vine

1 egg yolk
85g fresh bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C / 180 ° C fan / gas indicator 6. Soak the potato slices in cold water for 10 minutes and then drain well.

When the gratin has boiled for 40 minutes, add the meatballs to the potatoes and leave them for another 25-30 minutes in the oven, or until they are golden brown. Serve cranberry sauce with extra dill and blobs.
