Despite his desire to reinforce the back-line, Mourinho also believes that his defense is swollen and is trying to download several players before the expiry of the transfer.
According to Sky Sports News, Fosu-Mensah is a player who could lead the way and the club is ready to ensure that he continues to gain experience in the Premier League.
The Dutchman was on loan at Crystal Palace last season, but there were suggestions that he would cover and compete at Old Trafford – particularly with injury doubts on right-back Antonio Valencia.

If an agreement can not be completed by Friday 5:00 pm, United still has the rest of the month to find a suitable foreign club to send it to him.
