A woman who went into a bed room at the property of Ulster and Eire rugby participant Paddy Jackson throughout an alleged rape has mentioned she did not believe what she had witnessed was a rape.Dara Florence mentioned she saw Mr Jackson, fellow Ulster and Eire participant Stuart Olding and a youthful female on the mattress.Later on, she said she &#8220kinda laughed&#8221 and instructed a pal she experienced &#8220just observed a threesome&#8221.Each Mr Jackson and Mr Olding deny raping the woman in June 2016.The courtroom was advised that in a law enforcement statement, Ms Florence said: &#8220When I remaining the area I did not really feel as if I had just witnessed a rape.&#8221She stated she was in the bed room for &#8220less than a moment&#8221 and then went again downstairs with her pal, Claire Matthews.Ms Florence informed the court that when she went into the bed room, Mr Jackson was obtaining sex with the girl and he asked her: &#8220Do you want to join in?&#8221She stated &#8220no&#8221 and left.Ms Florence was questioned by Mr Jackson&#8217s defence barrister, Brendan Kelly QC, if the girl she witnessed seemed &#8220frozen with worry&#8221.She replied: &#8220No.&#8221She was asked if there have been any indicators of her not consenting to what was likely on.She replied: &#8220No.&#8221Prosecution barrister Toby Hedworth QC afterwards requested her if there were any symptoms of her positively consenting?She replied: &#8220No.&#8221
